What We're About

We believe that Jesus changes lives. Because of that, we desire to see one more life transformed by His grace. We believe that grace is available to those who are far from God and those who have walked with Him for years. We desire that each person who calls SapNaz home would: Engage in Worship, Connect in a Group, and Serve in Ministry.

Worship, Groups and Ministry

One of the best ways to meet people, develop relationships, and grow as a follower of Christ is to connect in the local church. We want every person to connect in three ways:

Worship

Gathering together for worship matters. Remember, Jesus said that the greatest command is to love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. So, we gather to celebrate and remember God’s goodness through singing, fellowship, and  teaching from the Bible. Join us to worship together Sundays at 10:45am. Children begin with their family in service before heading to children’s church.

Groups

We’re not meant to follow Jesus alone. We value relationship, conversation, and Bible study.

Adult groups meet Sunday in the church buildings at 9:30am and at various times & places throughout the week.

Groups for kids (birth-6th) and students (6th-12th) meet on Sundays at 4pm.

Ministry

We’re never more like Jesus than when we’re serving others. Jesus said that the second greatest commandment is to love your neighbor as yourself. Ministry happens formally & informally. We hope people find a place to serve within the local church, but also contribute in ways in everyday life that helps make their community better.

SapNaz Kids

Our children’s ministry serves the youngest among us (birth-5th grade) and their families. We love families, prioritize safety, and want to create environments where kids are known, loved, and can develop faith fundamentals and life-long friendships. Learn more about SapNazKids here or by joining our Facebook Group.

SapNaz Students

Students in 6th-12th grades are invited to Belong, Believe, and Become through our Sunday afternoon gatherings and special events. Click here to learn more or follow us on Instagram.

Adults

Groups

In the world of fruit trees, there is a phenomenon called cross-pollination. A fruit tree will only flower, but not produce fruit, unless it is planted in community with trees of other species and types. In other words, there is a limit to the fruit tree’s production unless it benefits from others planted nearby. Our growth in Christ is much the same. Not only does Jesus call us to bear fruit (John 15:2), but there is a limit to our faith development outside of community. We need to be planted near others to fully develop in our faith. We hope you will take opportunities to connect with others in community by signing up for a group. There are currently 3 Sunday morning groups that meet in the church building at 9:30am weekly as well as two evening groups that meet in peoples home.

Age-based Adult Ministries
